Advice Needed - How to improve your energy
I'm constantly fucking tired, I've started to change my diet and also walk at least 3/4 times a week, but I'm forever feeling fucking tired.

Any of you slags got any useful advice which doesn't involve taking cocaine?

Thanks in advance

I've been having about 4/5 coffees a day, just to keep me going, wonder if this is causing any issues?

If you’ve had a covid infection it could take weeks if not months in some cases getting back to 100% of what you were fitness wise.

And actually doing exercise can be counter productive.

Fresh air, don't eat after 6.30 pm, no snacks. Drink water or redbush tea. Cut down on sugar. Early night, leave a window open when you sleep, don't have the heating on after 8pm.

Get you blood pressure and blood sugar levels checked. Assuming that they are okay fresh air and exercise will help.

Yeah could be the covid still son.

Were you lethargic beforehand? Guess the baby is a handful too, that’ll sap your energy.

Have you tried sleeping more?
Newborns have a habit of messing up sleep patterns.

If you’re eating and sleeping right maybe get your T levels checked.

My sleep pattern is fucked, I'm awake at least twice in the night, due to the babies routine we dont get to eat until around 8ish now days.

Could be the covid, other than feeling tired constantly I feel absolutely fine.

Have you done the standard blood and urine tests for a man of your age and stature?

If the baby is not breastfeeding, call the midwife team or NCT and ask if you can have a consultation session about baby sleeping and feeding routines. They are brilliant, but you have to follow their instructions and put up with a bit of mewling for about a week while the baby gets used to it.

One week of aggro is well worth it, both my two girls slept like angels and still do.

Rios, the baby sleeps like an absolute dream, goes down about 7ish, wakes around 1-2am, and then wakes again around 6/7am. But at least once a week he sleeps from 7 until around 5.

Re: Advice Needed - How to improve your ENERGY
Neither of mine slept through properly until 2 years old.
Try 4 years of broken sleep.

Good luck ;)

Rios, We tend to go to bed around 9.

Goose, i feel your pain, my brother has two girls who are barely 18 months apart, they're 2 and 3 and neither sleep well, he's absolutely broken.
